What we collect and what it’s for
Short version: your details exist to produce a callback, a visit, and a written quote. Nothing else happens to them.
The quote form
The form collects your name, phone, town or neighborhood, project type, and whatever you type in the details box. Submitting it emails those answers to us so we can call you back. Your information is not sold, rented, traded, or folded into any marketing list — its entire career is your quote.
Phone calls and Florida’s recording law
Calls to (941) 367-2694 may be recorded and transcribed — that’s how a quoted measurement survives the week between phone and driveway. Under Florida’s § 934.03, every person on a recorded call has to know about the recording, which is why our line announces it out loud before any conversation starts. Staying on the line counts as consent; prefer no recording? Say the word right there and the notepad comes out, no friction about it.
How this site runs
Static pages, no account systems, no advertising trackers of ours, no analytics scripts of ours. The only information the site takes from you is what you choose to put in the form. Our hosting and phone providers keep the ordinary technical logs any such service keeps (IP addresses, call metadata), under their own policies.
Corrections and deletions
If you want your details corrected or deleted after we’ve quoted you, call (941) 367-2694 and say so. It gets done.
